Dr. Kobos is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery in both Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery. She is also a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and she has surgical privileges at Presbyterian Hospitals, Lovelace Hospitals, and the Heart Hospital.

Dr. Kobos graduated from the California School of Podiatric Medicine in 2000. Following that, she did a year of residency based at the California School of Podiatric Medicine followed by two years of surgical training in southern California at Western Medical Center in Santa Ana. She performs all types of surgeries on the foot and ankle including reconstructive surgery, trauma, and diabetic amputations.
